Baguio Celebrated Panagbenga 2009 By Pretzel Gergon Baguio will be celebrating two important events this year. The first one is the 2009 Panagbenga Festival which will have its official opening on February 1. The second event will the Centennial celebration of Baguio City which will be on September 2009. Since the Panagbenga Festival is already in season, here’s the list of events for the said activity. Visit us here in Baguio. The main event will be the Grand Float Parade which will held on March 1.
